Dragging straight from Outlook? Browsers usually can't read an email dragged directly out of Outlook. The reliable way: in Outlook, drag the email(s) onto your Desktop or a folder first (this creates .msg files), then drag those files into this app — or use Choose files. New/Web Outlook can also "Save as" .eml.
Output for AI use: each email block includes Subject, From, To, Cc, Date Sent & Received, attachments, and the source filename, followed by the body. Blocks are separated by a labelled marker and two blank lines so boundaries are unambiguous.
Attachments: real attachments are listed in each email block. When any email has attachments, your download is bundled as a .zip containing the chosen document plus an attachments/ folder. Inline signature/logo images are skipped.
